Yung Gravy Shares DMs With Haliey 'Hawk Tuah' Welch, Denies He Asked Her Out
"Can't be nice anymore," he wrote alongside a screenshot of their interaction on Instagram.
Musician Yung Gravy has denied Haliey 'Hawk Tuah' Welch's recent claim that she turned down an offer to go on a date with him.
In a tweet shared on Monday, Aug. 19, the 28-year-old artist responded to Welch's suggestion that he slid into her DMs. "Hello sir," reads the first message from Welch. "Damn I just looked at ur page u realy out here doing this lol congrats b," he replied. "When I went to find ur page I was fr just tryna salute u for being a certified top champ."
He then invited her to one of his upcoming concerts but stressed that the invite wasn't him "trying to finesse" or anything. "I wanted to have u at a show next month to hear my country shit," he wrote. "When is it?" she replied. "I suppose you can pick one," he added alongside his tour schedule. Alongside the screenshot, he added, "Can't be nice anymore lol."
The 22-year-old 'Hawk Tuah' meme sensation, who revealed last month that she's gotten "creepy" DMs asking for pictures of her feet since finding viral fame, has not responded to Yung Gravy's denial.
