Blac Chyna Refuses to Answer Questions About Bombshell Kardashian Lawsuit

Blac Chyna kept things brief on Gia Giudice’s iHeartRadio podcast, Casual Chaos.

During the August 11 episode, Giudice asked what the “hardest part” was about navigating breakups “and being involved with one of the most famous families in the industry.”

Chyna, 37, shut it down almost immediately: “I’m not answering that. Next question,” she said on air for listeners.

Pressed on how she stays steady for her children—son King Cairo with ex Tyga and daughter Dream with ex Rob Kardashian—she pointed to faith and focus. “By praying and keeping to myself and not saying things that doesn’t really matter,” she said, adding, “I only talk about the things that matter and what’s important and as God’s sobriety. That’s just really it, the Bible, just everything positive.”

Her refusal arrives after years of legal friction. After her 2017 split from Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna sued Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for more than $100 million, alleging defamation and interference tied to canceling E!’s Rob & Chyna.

A jury found for the Kardashian-Jenner family, and Blac Chyna was awarded no damages. The family sought to recover more than $390,000 in legal fees. Blac Chyna has said she plans to appeal the decision.

The co-parenting dynamics around Dream have been watched. In 2023, Khloé Kardashian called herself a “third parent” to her niece on The Kardashians, then publicly clarified on Instagram Stories she and Rob are close and that she loves Dream “beyond measure,” emphasizing that “it takes a village to raise a child.”

Earlier this year, Tristan Thompson referred to Dream as his “daughter,” prompting a public response from Blac Chyna: “Dream has one mother, Angela White, and one father, Robert Kardashian. I usually don’t speak up, but I’m done. Stop all this clout-chasing involving my daughter!”

She added at the time, “As parents, we have joint custody. We also have a beautiful, healthy coparenting relationship.”
