Damon Wayans Sr. was on The Breakfast Club this week where he shared some pretty controversial thoughts on the more than 40 women who have now accused Bill Cosby of raping them: "I just don't believe it. I think it's a money hustle."

When asked what advice he'd give Cosby, Wayans responded:

"Listen, how big is his penis [that] it gives you amnesia for 40 years?," Wayans continued later, before saying that some of Cosby's accusers were "unrapeable."

Wayans also said that he believes Cosby's downfall was criticizing young black men, which he believes made Cosby a target.

Wayans responded to backlash over his comments in a tweet that linked to a segment of the interview, in which Wayans conceded that there "may be" some accusers who are telling the truth .

In that clip, Wayans says "For them, my heart goes out to them. For anybody who was raped by Bill Cosby, I'm sorry and I hope you get justice."

As for Hannibal Buress, whose stand-up about Cosby is credited for making people pay attention to the accusations, Wayans had some shots, including saying that Buress was only given a TV show because he's the "guy who outed Bill Cosby" and that he "wasn't ready for prime time."

"I wouldn't want to be someone to take down my hero," Wayans said of Buress. "I think we need heroes, and we need to be more supportive until we know for sure, for sure, because ain't no charges against [Cosby]."
