Aaron 'Steiny' Steinberg Says His Mom Stopped Talking to Him Over Trump Interview
Steinberg and Kyle Forgeard interviewed Trump for their 'Full Send Podcast.'
Aaron “Steiny” Steinberg revealed that his mom stopped talking to him after interviewing Donald Trump for the Full Send Podcast.
“[My mom] got mad at me for Trump,” Steiny said on The Adam Friedland Show at around the 50:55 minute mark. “She didn’t talk to me for six, maybe eight months,” he added, “It was tough.”
“How did you patch things up with your mom?” Friedland asked.
“I told her we can’t talk politics anymore, then I bought her a house,” Steiny said.
Steiny and his co-host, Kyle Forgeard, interviewed Trump in October, just before he was re-elected as president for a second non-consecutive term. While Full Send's hosts, Nelk Boys, were initially known for their prank videos, they have more recently become associated with right-wing political figures and causes, and have a following that is politically right-leaning.
Trump has spoken fondly of the Nelk Boys, even calling them the "modern-day Johnny Carson." They've since gotten close with the president, with Forgeard even speaking at a rally and the pair being invited onto his private plane.
In addition to Trump, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Elon Musk, Donald Trump Jr, JD Vance, Ben Shapiro and Andrew Tate have appeared on Full Send.
On the other hand, The Adam Friedland Show is said to be left-leaning, though it appears to eschew political correctness.
