Kodak Black Freestyles on Kai Cenat Stream, Fans Concerned Over His Odd Behavior (UPDATE)
Fans grew worried about how Yak was acting.
UPDATED 11/5, 12:12 p.m. ET: Kodak Black issued a response to fans concerned about his stream with Kai Cenat on Monday.
“Y'all be on all type of shit. Y'all be on shrooms, acid, all types of stupid ass shit, you know?” said Kodak on Instagram Live. “But I take me one perc and y'all be so fucking butt hurt. Y’all don't wanna like a n***a anyway.”
“If a motherfucker needed help, y'all wouldn’t think I knew that? I don't need you to tell me. What telling me doing for you?” he continued. "I don't need you to tell me. What telling me doing for you? ... Ain't nobody in this world perfect. Everybody got some kind of vice, even if it ain't drugs."

Kodak Black exhibited some concerning behavior on Kai Cenat’s stream.
Yak appeared on Cenat’s Twitch on Monday, and clips of the “Tunnel Vision” rapper have been circulating online, including one in which he appears to take some drugs. At one point in the video, Kodak tosses what some speculated was a small pill into the air and catches it in his mouth, which prompts Kai to ask, “Fuck was that?” Black responded, “That was a glitch for the Twitch.”
While it’s unclear what he took, it seems his behavior grew more erratic and incoherent after that moment, and fans became worried.
During the stream, the pair freestyled, reacted to Twitch clips, and did a mukbang. Kodak also removed his shirt and was slurring his words while speaking.
The Florida native almost left after seeing people in Cenat’s chat say they miss Lil Uzi Vert, who joined Kai’s stream over the weekend. “That was one person, look,” Cenat said, encouraging Yak to stay. “They saying they love you.”
Kodak has been upfront about his struggles with substances. In July, he announced he would no longer perform his chart-topping hit, “Super Gremlin.” The decision came as part of his sobriety journey, particularly because the song has a line about percocets.
“I’m about to stop performing ‘Super Gremlin,’ period,” he said during an Instagram livestream. “I hate that lil’ shit. I’m sober for the most part […] And I say this, like, around my people them so they know… that [it’s] serious. I could talk about it now. You feel me? For the most part bro I be sober, brother.”
