Millie Bobby Brown Thanks 'British Vogue' for Calling Out People Who Said She Looked ‘Old’
The 21-year-old recently debuted a platinum blond hairdo.
Millie Bobby Brown slammed the haters for saying she wasn’t dressed age-appropriate at a recent red carpet appearance.
On Thursday, the 21-year-old took to her Instagram Story where she posted a screenshot of a British Vogue story with the headline, “No One Cares How Old You Think Millie Bobby Brown Looks.”
“@britishvogue thank you,” she wrote.
On Monday, Brown attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie, The Electric State with her husband, Jake Bongiovi. According to Page Six, the actress donned an Annie’s Ibiza metallic gold and bronze striped embroidered gown and matching bolero jacket, which paired well with her new platinum blond hair.
Some believe that Brown’s transformation has something to do with her desire to star in Britney Spears’ upcoming biopic, based on her 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me. The movie is also being helmed by director Jon M. Chu, who directed the blockbuster musical epic, Wicked.
Speaking with Access Hollywood at the premiere, Brown called Spears an “absolute icon.” Brown added, "I would love nothing more than to be a part of her story."
