While some politicians are known for their eloquent communication skills, others suffer from the gift of gaffe—meet Joe Biden. The scrappy Vice President has a history of not knowing whether or not he's an active public figure or a tipsy uncle yelling at the TV. On Tuesday, Biden made headlines once again when he was overheard telling President Obama that the health care bill is "a big fucking deal." And it is. The President even co-signed his remarks the next day.
