Social media personality Camila Araujo is speaking out after a viral news article named her among OnlyFans creators “most likely to destroy a marriage.”

The Brazilian-American influencer responded directly in a TikTok video posted this week, calling the headline “wild” and pushing back on the accusations.

The backlash came after The New York Post and Brazil’s Globo news site ran stories around the Fourth of July, listing top adult creators allegedly causing rifts in relationships.

Araujo says she was stunned when she first saw the headline, especially because it came from her own father.

“My dad sent it to me,” she said in the TikTok. “I was in bed about to go to sleep after the holiday with my family, and then this popped up on my phone. This beautiful little article right here.”

The article, translated from Globo’s Portuguese edition, included a glamor shot of Araujo with the bold headline linking her content to broken relationships.

“Listen, I know my job is very controversial,” Araujo acknowledged. “Some people hate it, some people love it, whatever it may be. But at the end of the day, my intention is never to destroy a marriage or a family. I want to make that very clear.”

Araujo, who regularly posts lifestyle and modeling content to a following of millions, emphasized that she believes infidelity lies with the person in the relationship, not the content creator.

“In my opinion, it’s cheating,” she said. “To all the marriages that I guess I have broken, I’m very sorry. That is not my intention. My intention is to make a living, to feel sexy, and I feel beautiful doing my job.”

In her video, she urged women in relationships to be mindful of the apps their partners use. “Ladies, block the blue app on your man’s phone if they’re married or you’re in a relationship with them,” she said, appearing to refer to X (formerly Twitter), where adult content is often shared.

As she wrapped the nearly two-minute post, Araujo stated, “It’s such a sticky situation. I don’t know what to do. Sorry to all the women I probably have hurt. I didn’t know. Love you guys. Bye.”
