OnlyFans Star Kira Pregiato Claims To Make ‘More Than a Brain Surgeon’ After Viral Bedroom TikTok
The OnlyFans star says she now earns more than a brain surgeon — thanks to one viral TikTok and an unexpected career pivot.
A casual TikTok recorded from Kira Pregiato’s childhood bedroom catapulted the 20-year-old into a world she never imagined.
Pregiato, then a college student focused on a conventional career, said she was simply sharing her thoughts about a cologne she liked when everything changed.
“I didn’t expect anything to come from it,” Pregiato told The Blast. “I was just being myself, talking about a cologne I liked. Next thing I know, my phone’s going insane.”
The video, uploaded without much thought, racked up more than 20 million views and close to 10,000 comments in under two days.
Pregiato remembered the moment she realized what was happening.
“I was at a friend’s house when I noticed the notifications,” she said. “It was like watching a slot machine spin—likes, comments, follows. I actually thought my phone glitched.”
The clip didn’t just earn her followers. Within a month, Pregiato said she made six figures. That windfall led her to leave school, a decision she described as daunting.
“It was a scary leap,” she said. “I knew I was stepping away from something safe, but I felt like I had to take the opportunity while it was in front of me.”
Her monthly earnings are now in the upper six digits. While she did treat herself to a BMW M4, she insists she’s keeping a level head about money.
“I’m not out here blowing it all on designer stuff,” Pregiato said. “I’ve hired a financial advisor, and I’m already looking at property in Miami and Austin.”
The sudden fame hasn’t come without challenges. “Some people who ignored me before suddenly want to hang out,” she said. “It’s awkward, but I’ve learned to keep my circle tight.” She added that not everyone has understood her choices. “Not everyone gets this world. It’s not traditional,” she said. “But I’m doing what works for me.”
Pregiato, now splitting time between Los Angeles and New York, is expanding into fashion and skincare. Despite initial hesitation, she also joined OnlyFans after trying platforms like Fanfix.
“I told everyone that I was never going to make an OnlyFans account, but the temptation got to me,” she said. “Even now, when I look at my bank account, it doesn’t feel real — it feels like Monopoly money.”
