Sophie Rain Leaves Bop House After 'Non-Negotiable' Falling Out With Fellow Member
Sophie Rain has left The Bop House after a falling out with fellow member Camilla Araujo.
OnlyFans star Sophie Rain is officially parting ways with The Bop House, the wildly popular creator mansion she founded just seven months ago, citing creative differences and a desire to regain control over her personal brand.
“Building The Bop House has been one of the most exciting and rewarding projects of my career,” Rain said in a statement to Complex on Monday.
“But over time, I realized I was sacrificing too much of myself in the process. For me, independence and creative freedom are non-negotiable.”
The Bop House, often described as a “TikTokified Playboy Mansion,” launched in December and quickly became a viral sensation.
The six-bedroom Miami mansion houses some of OnlyFans’ biggest creators, including Aisha Sofey, Alina Rose, Camilla Araujo, Julia Filipino, Summer Iris, Ava Reyes, and Joy Mei, who range in age from 19 to 24.
Rain reportedly pulled in $73 million in a single year on OnlyFans and has been the group’s public face.
Insiders say mounting tensions among the creators, particularly between Rain and fellow star Camilla Araujo, have been brewing for months.
“I’ll always love the girls and what we built together,” Rain said.
“But sometimes you have to recognize when a dynamic is no longer healthy. There’s no drama in walking away to protect your peace.”
“Camilla and I were not getting along for a while, so I think it was just the best thing to do.”
The Bop House was raking in a reported $12 to $15 million per month between December and January, largely from OnlyFans subscribers drawn to the creators’ constant flow of content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Rain emphasized that she wishes the group well moving forward.
“They are all insanely talented, and I’ll be cheering them on from the sidelines,” she added. “But it’s time for me to focus on projects that are 100 percent mine again.”
Despite the split, Rain has hinted at bigger plans on the horizon, teasing on Instagram that she’s “cooking up something major” for her 6 million followers.
The Bop House, whose name stands for “baddie on point,” has no plans to replace Rain at this time, a representative confirmed.
