As first seen in Netflix's documentary series Making a Murderer, nothing is ever really clear in the case surrounding Steven Avery. Nevertheless, Avery's lawyer, Kathleen Zeller, is more convinced than ever that her client was wrongfully convicted—for a second time.

After spending 18 years in jail for a rape crime he was eventually exonerated for, Avery was arrested again for the murder of photographer Teresa Halbach. Zellner, who spoke up late last month, asserts that she's already found evidence that will exonerate her client, spoke to TheLipTV explaining that it is "fairly obvious" who actually killed Halbach. She then took to Twitter on Friday where she boldly asserted that "the inevitable is coming."

She told TheLipTV a week ago:

Zellner, however, stated nothing about Brendan Dassey, Avery's nephew who was convicted for assisting his uncle with the murder. Last week journalist Dan O'Donnell, who covered Avery's second trial and has been a vocal critique against Making a Murderer, claimed that Dassey had been sexually assaulted by his uncle. This certainly complicates things further.

Below are some of Zellner's tweets about how Avery is doing and the state of her case.
