The Daily Show Tries to Figure Out What Makes Computers Racist

The Daily Show sent out their Senior Black Correspondent Jessica Williams to investigate the racist police dogs of Los Angeles. Yet, in her search to discover why L.A. police dogs only bite Latinos and Blacks in the city (seriously, it was 100-percent in the first half of 2013), she discovered something else: racist computers.
