Danielle Fishel's Husband Calls Her the 'Strongest Person I've Ever Met' Following Breast Cancer Diagnosis
Fishel's husband of six years, Jensen Karp, uplifted the 'Boy Meets World' alum in his Instagram Stories.
Danielle Fishel has a rally of support from her closest friends and family members following the shocking news of her early breast cancer diagnosis.
On a new episode of podcast Pod Meets World, the Boy Meets World actress was supported by co-hosts and longtime friends Rider Strong and Will Friedle. Also a part of her support system is her husband of six years, Jensen Kemp, with whom she shares sons Adler, 5 and Keaton, 2.
After Fishel's introduction about the cancer diagnosis on Pod Meets World, which was released on Monday (August 19), Kemp shared a People headline about the news to his Instagram Stories.
“I’m so proud of @daniellefishel for using her platform to raise awareness,” he wrote. “We can’t miss appointments and we need to get checked! She’s the strongest person I’ve ever met. She’s got this.”
"And so I want to share this because I hope that it will encourage anyone to get in there," she explained. "If it's time for your appointment, if you've never had an appointment before, get in there. If you have to find out that you have cancer, find out when it's at stage zero, if possible."
