iShowSpeed Gets Temporary YouTube Ban Following Luxury Sports Car Jump
The online streamer's main page has temporarily been removed from YouTube days after he filmed himself jumping over a Lamborghini and McLaren.
Online streamer and media personality iShowSpeed has been put on a temporary YouTube ban just days after his dangerous sports car stunt.
Last weekend, the 19-year-old "professional" filmed himself successfully jumping over a speeding Cristiano Ronaldo Lamborghini and a silver McLaren, which Speed bragged about after completion. Speed performed a similar stunt in July, where he only jumped over the Lambo.
"Let me tell them something real quick. Don't ever fucking doubt me, bro. I don't think shit over here," Speed declared in the video below. "Two fucking cars in a row."
But while the video went viral–and many questioned if Speed faked the stunt–it appears that YouTube didn't want it on the video platform altogether. On Monday night (Aug. 5), Speed's editor posted a screenshot of their creator dashboard, showing that they received one Active Community Guidelines strike.
The following day (Aug. 6), Speed issued a video response after his main channel was temporarily taken off of YouTube, with the ban possibly lasting for up to two weeks.
"Hey guys, if y’all are watching this right now, I’m banned on YouTube on my main channel," he explained. "I cannot stream or do anything, guys. I just wanted to let y’all know. I love y’all, bro."
While Speed's YouTube channel is still up, fans will have to rewatch his older videos before he makes a hopefully safer return to the platform.
