Argument Leads to Fatal Shooting at Brooklyn Diner

An argument at a diner in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill section quickly turned into a fatal shooting yesterday morning. Around 5 a.m., police responded to a call about gunshots fired inside of the Country House Diner. The victim is a 34-year-old man, who was pronounced dead at Brooklyn Hospital after being shot in the stomach.

According to the New York Post, "Two men got into a dispute at the Country House Diner on Fulton Street before a gunman pulled out a small caliber weapon and shot the [victim]... It’s not clear what sparked the argument but it appears both men were customers, sources said."

A suspect has been detained along with a woman who present at the time of the shooting.
