A Florida teenager was arrested earlier this week for squirting hand sanitizer into his teacher's soda.

The Smoking Gun reports that Nicolas Lucari, 15, put "Germ-X" into 69-year-old Dale Dawson Yount's beverage at South Walton High School in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. Yount was ultimately hospitalized after falling ill.

According to a police report, Lucari acted "willfully, intentionally, and with the intent to injure." While he's been characterized as a "prankster" who didn't intend to hurt Yount, he's been charged with poisoning in addition to being suspended from school while waiting a decision on possible expulsion.
