IHOP Headed to New York's West Village

Good news New Yorkers: IHOP just signed a 49-year lease on Carmine Street in the West Village, and it plans on opening a new location in November. The West Village IHOP will be NYC’s third location, and so far, there’s no word on whether or not this one will need a bouncer.
