An actor from Disney's Lilo & Stitch live-action remake, David Hekili Kenui Bell, has died at age 57, his family reportedly confirmed to TMZ.
Bell's sister, Jalene Kanani Bell, shared news of the actor's death in a Facebook post on Sunday (June 15). She described him as a "generous, funny, brilliant, and handsome little brother."
"While I didn’t grow up with a Father, David gave me all the unconditional love I could possibly ask for and I believe that all his family and friends received the same from him," she wrote.
The actor's sister said he planned a family outing to see the opening night of Disney's live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch, in which he played a supporting role.
Per IMDb, he also appeared in Magnum P.I. and Hawaii Five-O and voiced announcements at Kona International Airport.
