The 10 Funniest Druski Skits Of All Time
Drew Desbordes is one funny person. One minute, he's roasting frat boys; the next, he's parodying old folks. Druski has a character for everyone, all of which are hilarious. So, we scrolled his content to pull out his 10 best skits.
Druski reminds me of my middle school best friend.
His physique, his mannerisms, his humor, his speech—everything about Druski’s demeanor is giving my bestie. That’s probably why he feels so familiar to me—and also probably why he is so relatable to others. He embodies specific character types in specific situations in his comedy skits that simultaneously roast and pay homage to them. In that way, Druski has become a generational comedic voice; his skits transcend gender and racial boundaries, mirroring our world back at us.
For someone who’s been posting top-tier comedy content on social media since at least 2017, you might be wondering if it’s possible for someone to decide what Druski’s best skits are. Well, that’s what I did.
Scrolling back as far as I could, I watched countless hours of Druski content to suss out the best of the best. From his celebrity-barber persona to his frat-boy impersonations to his old-heads parody, Druski has given us some truly hilarious skits. Whether they have a few hundred thousand or a few million views, just about everything he’s posted online has left us rolling on the floor laughing. But, in my opinion, these are some of the funniest skits Druski has made thus far. Maybe your favorite is on here, and if not, let me know in the comments.
10.“Girls put scrubs on & think they saving the world"
Posted when: November 2021
Not only have I literally seen nurses do this in hospitals, but I’ve actually got family members who act like this. A cousin of mine in particular would post on their Instagram Stories just like Druski is doing here. The specificity of the character, the way he behaves in the hospital, the slippers dragging on the floor, the way he hangs up on the person at the end—it’s too real. And that’s what makes it so funny.
9.“That BROTHER that thinks he's One of Them”
Posted when: September 2023
It’s not Druski’s first skit featuring the frat-boy character Kyle Rogger, but it’s certainly one of the funniest. We all know someone who code-switches. Maybe you do it. I know I do from time to time. But while that might be a survival mode for most, some see it as a voluntary way of life. The entire skit is hilarious—particularly the trash shoot dance Druski does—but the thing that sends me is the crotch grab. What is it about frat guys who can’t stop grabbing their d**k? I may be queer, but it’s still so weird and so true.
8.“Atlanta Dudes on Live”
Posted when: May 2022
You ever scrolled Instagram or TikTok and come across some dude on Live talking about nothing? I have, and let me tell you, they sound exactly like this, no matter where you’re from. I remember walking Sacramento—where I’m from—and seeing dudes just like this in G Parkway or Oak Park. Maybe the lingo isn’t the same—“slime” is very Southern slang—but the mannerisms are identical. That’s what makes Druski’s skits so good: They’re micro in specificity yet macro in universality.
7.“Sleeping Over @ Your Friends House on a Sunday”
Posted when: May 2020
It might seem like nothing much is happening here, and to be honest, nothing much is really happening here. However, if you’ve ever lived this life or know this person, then you know exactly what’s going on. This reminds me of my late grandma, who would always complain about my bestie—the same one mentioned at the top that resembles Druski—and me being dead asleep with the TV on after staying up way too late playing video games. This also reminds me of my bestie’s mom, who would always yell at my bestie for not doing the dishes before going to sleep because we, once again, stayed up way too late playing video games. That familiarity, that homage—it’s Druski’s understanding of people’s lives that makes his comedy GOATed.
6.“These new age Barbers be thinking they Celebs”
Posted when: August 2023
Now, look: No tea, no shade, but internet barbers really do think they’re gas just for cutting some hair. Don’t get me wrong, a good haircut requires steady hands and sharp tools, so barbers definitely deserve flowers for the work they do. But come on, charging something like $2,500 to maintain a fresh cut is diabolical. And yet, that’s exactly what “celebrity barbers” are doing. It’s strange, but once again, Druski has managed to capture something so niche, so accurately, that even if you’ve never seen “celebrity barbers” before, you at least know the kind of hair cutters and hair salons he’s implicating here.
5.“Dudes be Whole NERDS when they playing the Game”
Posted when: September 2020
We’re back to code-switching. This especially hits for me because my bestie and his brother are exactly like this. They don’t regularly use their “white” voices, but when it comes to video games, best believe they’re suddenly the whitest kids you know. (Remember that show?) “He’s one tap, he’s one tap.” My bestie and I have definitely said this before. “I’m lagging.” That’s also an excuse my bestie’s brother has used when we occasionally bodied him in Call of Duty. But what I really love is the switch-up between the Black and white voices. It’s like two people existing within the same body, demonstrating that Druski really understands this type of code-switcher. Maybe, and this is all speculation here, that’s because he is this type of person.
4.“Those OldHeads on those Bikes be wanting to be SEEN SOOOO Bad”
Posted when: November 2021
Growing up, I remember seeing these old heads mob down Sacramento’s tree-lined streets, blaring their classic funk and rap so loud that the sounds rode over their rumbling motorcycles. I used to think they were so cool. Now, not so much. I appreciate their freedom, sure, but they’re just so over the top. As always, Druski effectively portrays the good and the bad of this archetype—the OGs who are proud to be loud.
3.“Insecure boyfriends HATE when it’s their girlfriends birthday”
Posted when: December 2021
I've been the insecure partner in a relationship. I've also been in relationships with insecure partners. No matter which way you cut a couple, if either one is insecure, they're behaving something like this. Druski is so standoffish, so reserved, so to himself that you can almost see the jealousy wafting off him like smoke from a chimney. And the argument outside, with Druski talking about, "I'm here, I'm chilling." Y'all know he's not there and he's not chilling. But he gets it all the same.
2.“Why every car lot got a salesmen like this”
Posted when: April 2022
After seven years of payments, my partner and I own our car now. It’s a 2017 Chevy Spark in a beautiful mint green color, but when we were shopping for it, we had a dude just like this at a CarMax helping us out. It was absurd. The backward running, the rustling for keys in the pocket to no avail, the attempt to hype up a mid car, the car taps—that’s literally how the guy at the dealership tried to sell us on some Mazda before we spotted the car we affectionately call “the mint mobile.” Wait, maybe it was Druski that helped us…
1.“Those Fashion Dudes try to be so mysterious & weird”
Posted when: August 2023
So, I’m a fashion girlie. I spend a lot of time consuming fashion content online, from get-ready-with-mes to outfit breakdowns to philosophical rants about garments; clothes are something I think about often. My algorithm knows this and slapped me in the face with this Druski skit. When I tell you I died, I mean it. I’m dead—right now, even. Fashion dudes on Instagram and TikTok really be just like this, proclaiming the s**t they got on is a “super cool, chill, calm fit” when really they’re wearing, like, all luxury brands in the worst way. The way he takes pictures, the way he speaks during the interview, the boomerang “Dead Lives Matter” IG story—it’s all reminiscent of not just myself (because emo isn't a phase), but also the most irritating fashion dudes. Maybe you know someone like this. Maybe you’re one of them. Either way, you’ve definitely seen this person online.
And that’s it: 10 absolutely hilarious and relatable Druski skits. The guy posts pretty often, so I’m certain that in a few weeks—hell, maybe a few days—another skit of his will come along that’ll make us all die from laughter. Until then, though, these are some of his finest bits of comedy work on the internet. Is your favorite on this list?
