The Lexus House Becomes A Top Destination for US Open of Surfing Attendees

For nine days, surfers and fans of the sport flocked to Huntington Beach, Calif., to see the best of the best ride the challenging waves in the 2024 Lexus US Open of Surfing. And before the winners were crowned, attendees and influencers lounged around the Lexus House.

The free luxury event space provided shady reprieve for those sunny days, along with tasty bites. While competitors showed off their skills and techniques, attendees were able to take a quick breather inside of the 40 x 60 foot area. The premiere auto manufacturer also had some of the brand’s vehicles on display. An ocean blue LX 600 Ultra Luxury and all-new 2024 GX flanked the event spaces.

Pro Surfer and Honolulu native, Kaniela Stewart, was on hand for a meet and greet, while other notable figures like Griffin Colapinto and Shaun Tomson also attended. There were select product giveaways throughout the week, along with instructors from A Great Day In The Stoke available to teach anyone interested in surfing how to surf on the sand.

The World Surf League and Lexus tapped Complex to create the Lexus House, which acted as a hub for community building among surfers and those interested in the sport. The Lexus House also featured a limited capsule collection from LA-based clothing brand Free & Easy, which displayed beach towels and surfboards, along with premium apparel.

The 2024 Lexus US Open of Surfing didn’t disappoint. Having the Lexus House on-site helped make the event all the more luxurious.
