Sylvester Stallone Opens the Doors of His Florida Mansion for a First Look
The 'Tulsa King' star calls the stunning waterfront abode, that he shares with wife Jennifer Flavin and their three daughters, home.
Since moving to Palm Beach last year, Sylvester Stallone has kept his Florida mansion private. But now, the star is opening its doors for the first time.
In an interview with Veranda Magazine, Stallone and his wife of 28 years, Jennifer Flavin, are showing off the family home they’ve owned since 2023. They were looking for a comfortable and “warm” place to live, but encountered difficulties in their house hunt.
“We looked at some of the houses built after Covid, and they were monstrosities,” Stallone explained. “Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby.”
Flavin calls the home a “livable size,” which means plenty of room for the family pets, the couple and their three daughters Sophia, 28, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23. However, most homes don’t have a private beach (the Stallone abode is the only house in all of Palm Beach which boasts this) and an art collection worth millions decorating every square inch.
“I consider it like a wardrobe,” the Rocky star says of his art collection. “You can only wear the same shirt so many times before you go, ‘God, I’d like to see if this other color works [with it].’ “
He continued, “With art, you can take a piece that you’ve become…maybe not blasé about, but you’re not exactly overwhelmed by it anymore. You move that piece to another room—now you’re invigorated! It’s like furniture: messing around, moving it around, constantly restimulating our minds.”
Flavin said this house, despite its grandeur, is a “home.” She says, “I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home. I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned.”
She continued, “We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children, nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.” Stallone added that despite the home’s size (it boasts multiple living rooms), it feels “inviting.”
Stallone stars in Tulsa King. The series airs on Paramount Plus.
