Travis Kelce Is Willing To Wear ‘Nothing but a Tie’ for Taylor Swift

“I’m wearing nothing but a tie when Taylor comes home,” Travis Kelce said on the New Heights podcast episode released Wednesday, July 23.

Travis, 35, co-hosts the show with his brother Jason Kelce, 37, and in that episode, the two shared their thoughts on the film Pretty Woman starring Julia Roberts.

Travis immediately saw the similarities between himself and Roberts’ character, Vivian Ward. He claimed, “I’m just an NFL stripper, that’s it. I’m just an NFL hooker, man.”

The Kelce brothers were trading jokes when Travis made the comment that caught fans' attention.

While brainstorming a sequel to the original movie, the Kansas City Chiefs player said he wanted to “flip the script” on the relationship dynamic. “We need to make a Pretty Man,” Travis said, “and we need to have a CEO billionaire woman be so high class that she doesn’t know where she’s going, she doesn’t know how to drive a car.”

Almost immediately, Jason clocked his younger brother’s comments and interrupted to point out how similar his life was to what he was describing, “You’re living Pretty Woman right now. You are Pretty Man. You’re living your own Julia Roberts' [moment] right now.”

The two burst into laughter, Travis even disappearing to the side of the screen for a moment. Through their laughter, the NFL star said, “I’m wearing nothing but a tie when Taylor comes home.”

Both can be seen wheezing and trying to compose themselves after cracking the joke. Then Travis shared that he had met Roberts during The Eras tour, saying, “It felt like we were the same person.”

Travis and Taylor Swift have been dating since 2023, going public that September when she showed up at a Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium. After that, the 35-year-old “Cruel Summer” singer was spotted cheering him on at several more games throughout the season.
