Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson jokingly tweeted in March that he'd run for president, as long as they'd allow his pickup truck in the White House. But was he joking? According to a recent British GQ interview with the actor and wrestler, maybe not. And if Donald Trump can run for president, we really can't overlook any possibilities.

"I'll be honest, I haven't ruled politics out," The Rock told British GQ. "I'm not being coy when I say that, but at the moment I am not sure. I can't deny that the thought of being governor, the thought of being president, is alluring. And beyond that, it would be an opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives on a global scale."

He's mentioned running for president before, but this is the first time we've heard talks of him running for governor. Could he follow in Arnold Schwarzenegger's footsteps as the next athlete/actor-turned-governor?

Maybe one day, but don't hold your breath.

Whether or not The Rock is qualified to be president, we have to admit the debates would make for excellent television.
