"Fight Club" Without Tyler Durden Is Equal Parts Terrifying and Amazing

Sure, we all know at this point that, in Fight Club, Tyler Durden is all in the narrator's head. And it's easy to imagine key scenes in the film without Tyler Durden present, like the scenes where he fights the narrator for instance—but even then, it doesn't pack the same punch as actually seeing the scene sans Tyler, as author Chuck Palahniuk intended when he wrote the novel Fight Club back in 1996.

So, it's a pretty good thing that fan Richard Trammell just posted a scene from the film where Tyler and the narrator get into their first fight—with Tyler edited out. Just how crazy and intense it looks might surprise you. Watch above.
