According toSalon, domestic terrorist Dylann Storm Roof was "hungry" when police officers found and arrested him in Shelby, North Carolina. Roof had reportedly purchased Doritos and a beverage from a nearby gas station, but wasn't quite full — so cops covered the Burger King tab shortly after the arrest.
