Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. Address Being Named in Complaint Against Diddy (UPDATE)
"My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse," Druski said on social media.
UPDATED 3/10, 2:20 p.m. ET: Following statements from Druski and Odell Beckham Jr., including an X update from the former calling the claims against him “a fabricated lie,” Diddy’s legal team has also spoken out about an amended complaint that started making the rounds over the weekend.
“This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” a rep for Diddy’s legal team said in a statement issued Monday. “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.”
The statement continued, “In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players. Her far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to 'sign paperwork at gun point' while shepherded through a web of 'safe houses.' No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. have both addressed news of their names being added to a complaint against Diddy.
As you may have seen, the two, pictured above at a Fanatics Super Bowl party in February of last year, were reported over the weekend to have been named in an amended complaint against the Bad Boy Records founder. Plaintiffs include Ashley Parham, a Jane Doe, and a John Doe. In October of last year, Parham was reported to have accused Diddy of sexually assaulting her in 2018. In the amended complaint, per a new report from Variety, rape claims are leveled at Druski and Beckham.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” Druski said in an update to X on Sunday. “I wasn't a public figure in 2018. I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish. My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but l'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
In response, OBJ, as seen below, called the claims against them “stupid” and predicted that both would ultimately be cleared of any purported wrongdoing.
“Boy I’ll tell you what,” he wrote. “This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are. Keep your head. That name will be cleared. Shit’s stupid.”
Also reported to be named in the amended complaint are Jaguar Wright and Janice Combs, among others.
This isn’t the first instance of another celebrity being retroactively added to a preexisting complaint against Diddy, who currently remains in custody in connection with his racketeering and trafficking case. Last year, Jay-Z initially faced similar claims in connection with a separate lawsuit. However, inconsistencies were highlighted amid the ensuing coverage, with the case ultimately being voluntarily dismissed. Jay has since accused the lawyer behind that case of defamation, as well as taken legal action against the accuser.
As previously reported, the accuser in that dismissed case is alleged to have told a private investigator that the Jay-focused claims were not true.
