Aunt Becky Confirms the Olsen Twins Will Definitely Not Appear in 'Fuller House'
Uncle Jesse previously said he thought Mary-Kate and Ashley were simply "in a different phase in their life" now.
When news broke that the hand of godNetflix had swooped down to revive Full House for a new and presumably bingeworthy original series, nostalgia-addled hearts across the globe nearly collapsed in on themselves with excitement. Uncle Jesse himself, John Stamos, promptly confirmed to Jimmy Kimmel that Fuller House would be dropping on Netflix sometime in 2016 without offering much in the way of additional details.
The cast, however, quickly started to come together. Danny Tanner? Check. Aunt Becky? Check. D.J. Tanner? Check. The Olsen twins? Probably not. Definitely not, according to Aunt Becky herself. In a recent interview with the Huffington Post, Lori Loughlin delivered the bad news, even though it probably didn't need much delivering:
Cool. What about a cameo, even in possible future seasons?
If this news kind of hurts your nostalgia buzz, don't fret. Nickelodeonjust announced plans for a Hey Arnold! TV movie that will finally reveal the whereabouts of Arnold's parents. Also, our guy Arnold? He looks like this now.
