The Walking Dead, which is a show on television that people watch, continued to pull at the already fractured heart strings of its enormous audience on Sunday by noticeably omitting Steven Yeun’s (Glenn) name from the opening credits sequence. However, the episode did offer an apparent sign of hope in the form of an anonymous voice screaming "Help!" into a walkie near the end of the Daryl-heavy installment. Daryl himself, a.k.a. motorcycle extraordinaireNorman Reedus, spoke with the Hollywood Reporter to clarify the mental state of one Daryl Dixon and to properly crush all your Glenn-related dreams.
When asked whose voice graced the walkie near the end of the episode, Reedus avoided the usual path of painfully vague responses by instead absolutely undermining the current leading theory surrounding the fate of America’s favorite former pizza boy:
Broaching the topic of Glenn’s perceived ability to successfully hide under dumpsters, Reedus was noticeably less specific, revealing that he was just as "pissed" at AMC as everyone else and was still "rooting" for Glenn's return:
