Chrissy Teigen Shares Mysterious Video of Bandaged Face

Chrissy Teigen has seemingly undergone a mysterious facial surgery that has her fans concerned.

On May 22, the model went live on Instagram and, while lying in what appeared to be a hospital bed, displayed a bandaged and seemingly swollen face wrapped in gauze. She also flipped the camera to reveal what looked like a doctor's office.

Teigen has been open in the past about getting cosmetic surgery. In 2017, she admitted to getting work done on her armpit.

“I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things. It's a big secret, but I don't care,” she explained to Refinery 29. “It made me feel better in dresses; I felt more confident. It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I've ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly.”

In 2020, Teigen revealed that she had cosmetic surgery on her breasts when she first started modeling.

“Yeah, I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old,” she said. “It was more for a swimsuit thing. I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.”

A few months later, Teigen announced on Twitter (now X) that she was getting her implants removed.

“So...I’m getting surgery soon,” she wrote. “A lot of people are understandably curious (and nosey!) so I’ll just say it here: I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it. I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort!”

In 2021, the model revealed she got liposuction done on her face.
