These Ultra Boost 19s Take Inspiration From the Adidas Running Archive
Adidas Consortium is releasing three regional exclusive pairs of the Ultra Boost 19 inspired by different models from the brand's extensive running archive.
Adidas Consortium is gearing up to release a brand new trio of Ultra Boost 19s. Each pair takes inspiration from a different silhouette in the brand's running archive and will be exclusive to a specific region around the globe.
The most vibrant option is a teal and red color scheme made to resemble the OG ZX9000 from 1989. The two-toned Three Stripes on each side panel are made to match the styling on the late '80s silhouette. It will be available exclusively in Asia.
Europe will be treated to a white and grey Ultra Boost 19 with green accents on the Three Stripes, tongue tag, and heel. The color palette is a nod to the original EQT line that debuted in the early '90s.
The final pair is inspired by the SL 80. It sports a navy blue Primeknit upper with gold detailing used on the Three Stripes, tongue, and heel counter. This variation will be available in Europe only.
Every pair from this retro-inspired pack will hit select Consortium accounts on May 20 for $220 each.
