JJJJound's Two Salomon XT-6 Collabs Release This Week

It's been over two years since JJJJound and Salomon released their first sneaker project in the form of the XT-Wings 2, and now the duo has reconnected on a new set of XT-6 collabs.

The Montreal-based design studio has shared two iterations of its Salomon XT-6 collab on Instagram this week. The first colorway is more in line with JJJJound's simple aesthetic, as it dons a predominantly black color scheme on the upper. The second iteration sports a more vibrant makeup with a combination of black, blue, and yellow hues throughout the shoe. Both pairs also have red co-branding on the heel and a multi-colored tab underneath the Quicklace system at the midfoot.

According to JJJJound, its Salomon XT-6 collabs are scheduled to release later this year, but a firm release date wasn't shared.

UPDATE (08/04): JJJJound has confirmed that its two Salomon XT-6 colorways will be released on Thursday, Aug. 7, exclusively at JJJJound.com and at Salomon.com for $190. The sneaker will then launch on Friday, Aug. 8, globally at select retailers. Grab a closer look at the collab below.
