This $1,000 Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Is Releasing Next Week

It appears that Jordan Brand is planning to release a crystal-covered Air Jordan 1 next year in collaboration with Swarovski, and it's rumored to retail for $1,000. News of the project was first leaked by Sneaker Files, @Sneakermarketro and @zSneakerheadz on Instagram.

There are currently no leaked images of the purported Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Low at the time of writing, and they likely won't surface anytime soon given its far-out date. The leaker accounts, however, have provided a mock-up depiction of the sneaker, shown above.

The shoe is expected to don a tonal grey-based color scheme with the overlay panels, including the Swoosh on the sides, covered in Swarovski crystals. It currently isn't clear if Swarovski branding will be present anywhere on the shoe.

At the time of writing, the Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Low collab has yet to be confirmed by either of the brands involved.

UPDATE (05/13): Jordan Brand has officially confirmed that its Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Low will be released on May 22 via SNKRS and at select retailers for $1,000. The crystal-covered sneaker will be available exclusively in women's sizing.
