Looks like Drake's prediction came true. The Toronto Raptors have done it.

They defeated the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 6 and will now advance to the NBA Finals. The final score was 100-94. Kawhi Leonard led the Raptors with 27 points. Pascal Siakam made 18 points while Kyle Lowry scored 17. It's the first time the Raptors, who were founded back in 1995, have ever made it this far.

They will now face the Golden State Warriors.

Needless to say, Toronto's global ambassador, Drake, is extremely happy. The If You're Reading This It's Too Late artist was in attendance for Game 6 and wore an outfit that paid homage to 2Pac's Birdie character from the 1994 film Above the Rim.

The back of Drake's hoody appropriately read: "KAWHI ME A RIVER."
