T.J. McConnell was never supposed to become a point guard in the NBA let alone one for the Philadelphia 76ers. At every stop along the 6'2" baller's way—from Chartiers Valley High School outside Pittsburgh and Duquesne University to the University of Arizona—McConnell was told he wasn't big enough, wasn't athletic enough. Obviously, those people didn't know what they were talking about.
