The debut gameplay trailer for NBA 2K25 boasts an appearance from Los Angeles Lakers rookie Bronny James alongside his father, LeBron James.

Ahead of its release on all platforms on Sept. 6, developer Visual Concepts and publisher 2K have offered fans of the long-running basketball series a look at some of the improvements they can expect this year. It also features a look at some of the updated player models, including Jayson Tatum, Steph Curry, Kyrie Irving, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Most notably, however, it features Bronny in his NBA 2K debut.

At around the 1-minute and 22-second point of the trailer, we catch a brief glimpse of Bronny throwing the ball to his father, who follows up the throw with a dunk. The father and son duo then proceed to celebrate the dunk, showcasing a closer look at Bronny's in-game model.

Alongside the look at some of the NBA star players, the trailer provides a breakdown of all the new features included in this year's game. NBA 2K25 promises to feature the most realistic animations in the series yet, new signature go-to shots, shot canceling, shot profiles, and an updated contest system.
