Noah Lyles Struggles to Remember Who Tyreek Hill Is After Dolphins Star Fired Shots at the Olympian

Noah Lyles has responded to Tyreek Hill's recent challenge and criticism, where Hill claimed he could beat Lyles in a race.

During a brief conversation with NBC Sports, as seen in the clip below, Lyles appeared to struggle with remembering who the Miami Dolphins star was. "What's the cheetah guy from football?" he asked. "Well, I can't remember his name. Mark! What's the football player who thinks he's fast name? Tyreek Hill."

Hill recently criticized the track and field star for comments he made last year about NBA and NFL champions calling themselves "world champions," despite the leagues only featuring teams from North America.

"Noah Lyles can't say nothing after what just happened to him," Hill said in a chat with Kay Adams. "Then you wanna come out and pretend like he's sick. I feel like that's horseradish. For him to do that and say that, we're not world champions of our sport... Like, c'mon bro, just speak on what you know about, and that's track."

Hill was also asked if he was interested in challenging Lyles to a race and said, "I would beat Noah Lyles."

Lyles recently won the gold medal for the men's 100-meter dash at the 2024 Paris Olympics, with a time of 9.79 seconds. That's just 0.21 seconds off the world record, set by Usain Bolt in 2009.
