Houston Texans star Stefon Diggs has filed a lawsuit against model and reality TV star Mulan Hernandez, whom he has accused of assaulting him and attempting to extort him for millions of dollars.

As reported by TMZ, Diggs filed the lawsuit against Hernandez—who he said he had a months-long "casual relationship" with—this week. He claimed that the relationship between them turned sour, and she showed up at his apartment at 6 a.m. on June 7 last year to "aggressively berate" him. She had allegedly been out partying when she showed up uninvited and confronted him.

During this alleged incident, he repeatedly told her to leave and attempted to calm her down. In response, she went into his gaming room, threw his phone into a toilet, and destroyed his personal computer and a watch valued at $130,000. He claims that she also repeatedly punched him in the chest, and told him, "You won't be playing this year." She continued to refuse to leave, so he left his property instead.

In the lawsuit, he said that he tried to distance himself from her after the incident, and in response, she and her friend Brianna Mack resorted to an extortion attempt.

On June 7, 2024, Hernandez visited a hospital after experiencing nausea and vomiting following a fall thanks to a wet kitchen floor. Later that month, on June 14, she went to a different hospital and said she had experienced nausea and vomiting after she was "punched in the back of the head with a closed fist." Diggs said he never assaulted Hernandez and did not have any contact with her after June 7. Despite this, he said that Hernandez and her friend have attempted to extort him for millions of dollars.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Hernandez denied the accusations in the lawsuit.

"On June 7th I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence an incident that resulted in a concussion," she wrote. "Months later when the mediation HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not pan out in his favor I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt try an get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me especially in my time of healing."

Alongside the statement, she shared an alleged hospital report that showed that she suffered a concussion on June 7, 2024.

Diggs is suing both Hernandez and Mack for trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assisting or encouraging/aiding and abetting, and conspiracy. Hernandez is also facing an accusation of assault. He is seeking at least $250,000 in damages. The lawsuit comes a few weeks after Diggs was spotted with a newly single Cardi B on Valentine's Day.
