Tony Parker is serving a Texas‑sized flex on his Hill Country compound—and according to his new real estate agent, serious buyers are already salivating at the thought of making an offer.

According to The Robb Report, after first slapping a $19.5 million sticker on the estate back in 2021, the San Antonio Spurs legend re‑listed the spread at a budget-friendly $16.5 million—and he’s tapped Twitch superstar Kai Cenat and the AMP gang to run a 30‑day livestream open house all July.

The property sits on 53 gated acres and comes with amenities that will suit the wildest baller tastes. The 13,300‑square‑foot main crib packs six bedrooms, five full baths, four half‑baths, a double‑height great room, and a primary suite with a private lounge, colossal walk‑in closet, and marble‑to‑the‑ceiling bath.

You’ll also catch a 1,500‑bottle wine cellar, fingerprint‑locked trophy vault, dual offices, barber studio, and a wet‑bar‑equipped movie theater.

Slide outside, and the flex only gets louder. Parker hired one of the OG Six Flags Fiesta Texas builders to craft what’s reportedly the largest residential waterpark in America: eight separate pools, a lazy river, three hot tubs, grottos, a mountain with water cannons, and slides that drop from a 35‑foot cliff. There are also tennis and sand‑volleyball courts, a full outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, greenhouse, orchard, herb garden, and even a tortoise habitat should you need one.

Hoops fans will obsess over the detached, nearly 6,000‑square‑foot gym featuring a half‑court framed by life‑size Marvel and DC statues, plus an arcade to run after you ice the jumper. Throw in a guesthouse and in-house security straight out of Jurassic Park (yes, Parker installed double gates and a dino‑themed back entrance), and the entire estate sprawls to roughly 21,200 square feet across three structures.

Parker, who now owns and runs French powerhouse club LDLC ASVEL, logged nearly $170 million in NBA checks before retiring in 2019.
