49ers Quarterback Brock Purdy and Wife Welcome Baby Girl

Add becoming a dad to San Francisco 49ers star Brock Purdy's list of offseason accomplishments ... he and his wife, Jenna Purdy, just welcomed a baby girl.

Brock and Jenna made the exciting announcement on Monday, July 28, revealing their little girl's name as Millie Joleen Purdy. The Instagram post included a cute caption, "Life just became a whole lot sweeter."

49ers star George Kittle was among the first of Brock's teammates to congratulate the two on their new addition, writing, "Mom and dad!" Kyle Juszczyk showed some love too, writing, "Congratulations!"

Purdy's teammate Christian McCaffrey also became a new dad during the offseason, welcoming a daughter named Colette Annalise McCaffrey with wife Olivia Culpo.

Brock and Jenna announced their engagement in the summer of 2023 and got married in a ceremony in Des Moines, Iowa back in March 2024 in front of their closest family and friends. Millie is the couple's first child together.

At the time of their engagement, each shared a photo and loving message about the other. Brock wrote, "My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband," he continued, "Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB!"

Jenna added, "We get to do life together…forever!"

Purdy took the 49ers to the Super Bowl during the 2023-2024 season, ultimately losing to Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the Kansas City Chiefs 22-25 in an overtime thriller. The game made Purdy the youngest 49ers quarterback to ever take the team to the Super Bowl.

While the addition of baby Millie is an exciting one, Purdy and the 49ers opened the team's Training Camp just last week, so the celebration will be short lived before it's back to work for the young quarterback.

Lucky for Brock, he'll have at least one brand new fan in the stands this year to cheer on dad to another possible Super Bowl appearance.
