Former Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis is making his move to the Dallas Mavericks official, listing his massive mansion for a hefty price.

TMZ reports the NBA All Star is looking for a whopping $39.9 million for the pad he once called home in Bel Air Crest, a gated and super exclusive neighborhood in the city. As you might expect, the place has plenty of room, with over 17,000 square feet of living space.

However, it's the backyard that really takes the cake for anyone looking to get a leg-up on their neighbors in the recreation department.

The mansion comes equipped with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complete with a built-in hot tub and plenty of lounge space to take in all that Los Angeles sun. An outdoor fire pit is also there for when it cools off at night.

There's a tennis court that doubles as a basketball court for anyone looking to get in some extra practice.

The inside of the mansion ain't too shabby either, with a massive movie theater for whatever millionaire ends up with the crib ... complete with enough seating to fit a bunch of their lucky friends.

The home's got an insane bar and entertainment area, which Davis had decorated with plenty of sports memorabilia, including jerseys from NBA stars Giannis Antetokounmpo, Victor Wembanyama and Ja Morant.

One interesting feature that also sets the home apart is what appears to be a indoor tree, which gets plenty of sunlight in the main entryway.

Davis was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in a blockbuster deal last season which sent Luka Dončić to the Lakers. Davis spent most of his new time with the Mavericks injured, but will look to make an impact on the team this year joined by some new additions like #1 pick Cooper Flagg.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX ONE holds the listing.
