Contrary to popular belief, the Super Bowl isn't just about the game. At home, it’s about the commercials, the snacks, and the friendly wagers you might place with your friends. But when you’re in the Big Easy for the Big Game, it’s about the moments you catch off the field, and Verizon delivered plenty. We hit the ground with this February Verizon for the Super Bowl to experience the convergence culture they put on firsthand.

House of Verizon wasn’t just a single event—it was an entire experience spread across Super Bowl weekend in New Orleans. The brand transformed its venue into a cultural hotspot, blending music and fashion under one roof through unique, exclusive blends of day and nighttime experiences.

From a star-studded preview of Rhuigi Villaseñor’s latest RHUDE collection to exclusive Verizon Access meet-and-greets with Off Season founder and 49ers WAG Kristin Juszczyk, plus performances from Doechii, T-Pain, and more—the vibes? Absolutely immaculate.

Want an inside look at our favorite moments? We’ve got you covered.

Joe Burrow's First Ever Memory? Ed Reed.

Rhuigi’s “RHUDEBOY” Autumn/Winter 2025 preview was the place to be on Friday night. The brand is a known favorite brand of athletes like Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordan Clarkson (not to mention the Big Game’s most talked-about star, Kendrick Lamar). Instead of taking his collection to the streets of Paris or New York Fashion week, he instead partnered with Verizon to put on one of the week's hottest shows, drawing NFL stars and tastemakers alike.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow lit up when he saw Hall of Famer Ed Reed on the carpet. "My brother played against you in the National Championship in 2001…It’s one of the first memories of my entire life," Burrow told Reed.

The Rhuigi show itself was a spectacle, merging sportswear and high fashion with nods to the show taking place in New Orleans. Models strutted down the runway in jackets and hoodies that we’re certain to see worn in a tunnel fit or two this Fall, while front-row guests included athletes, artists, and influencers.

Kristin Juscyzyk Keeps Athleisure Elevated

Off Season founder and designer Kristin Juscyzyk—who’s been turning heads with her one-of-a-kind, game-day-meets-runway pieces for nearly seven years—gave us the scoop on the inspiration behind her debut collection.. "It really all snowballed from me not being able to find what I wanted, so I knew there was only one option, and it was for me to create.”

Juscyzyk’s pop-up at House of Verizon showcased her debut, five-team collection, alongside an exclusive Super Bowl LIX vest. Verizon Access winners browsed the pieces while enjoying complimentary drinks before meeting Kristin and being gifted a Super Bowl vest of their own. Talk about taking home a piece of art!

Doechii on the Album That Changed Her Perspective

On Saturday night, the house was packed for the internet’s favorite rising rap star, Doechii. Fresh off her Grammys win earlier in the week week, she shared a reflective moment with us on the carpet before heading inside to perform. When asked which album shifted her worldview, she contemplated before saying, “Probably, ‘GNX,' right now… I feel like Kendrick has been humble his entire career. And he finally has gotten to a point where he said, ‘I did this sh*t. I worked for this. And it’s my time.’ And I love that.” Fair play, Doechii.

Doechii’s set at House of Verizon was a highlight of the weekend—her high-energy performance had the crowd rapping along to every word. As our own Jordan Rose said, there’s probably some parallels between how Doechii and Kendrick are changing the game… But that’s for another discussion.

Conversations That Mattered

Beyond the parties, House of Verizon also hosted a fireside chat with athletes and entrepreneurs. As someone as passionate about supporting small businesses as I am about sports, I was really excited to see Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg joined by Kristin Juszczyk and Saints legends Demario Davis and Deuce McAllister and Demario Davis to discuss entrepreneurship, risk-taking, and how strategic investments in small businesses matter.

From Doechii packing the house to Joe Burrow’s fanboy moment with Ed Reed, House of Verizon proved that the Super Bowl isn’t just about touchdowns—it's about culture coming together in unforgettable ways.

Whether you were there for the music, the fashion, or the vibes, Verizon made sure there was something for everyone—and plenty of moments worth talking about long after the confetti settled.
