Rob Gronkowski has joined Instagram.
It’s not all that difficult to keep up with Rob Gronkowski. Whenever he does something crazy—like, say, give a female reporter a lap dance—the entire world finds out about it within a couple hours, if not sooner.
But just in case you have trouble following along with Gronk’s many adventures, he just joined Instagram and did it by dropping a really long video that details what he’s been up to so far this offseason. From flying to Miami to working out to doing the Milly Rock at a concert (!!!), Gronk’s been all over the place. See for yourself:
