Travis Kelce’s Ex Kayla Nicole Tearfully Addresses Breakup

Kayla Nicole is having a hard time moving past her breakup with Travis Kelce.

The sports broadcaster-turned-fashion influencer opened up about it in the trailer for season 3 of the Fox reality show, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

In the clip, Nicole cries as her voiceover says, “Going through a public breakup, it's been overwhelming." Later, when a fellow contestant asks who her ex is, Nicole whispers, “Travis Kelce.”

The YouTuber and Kelce were on and off until their relationship ended in 2022. Rumors about Kelce and Taylor Swift dating began in September 2023, and they confirmed their relationship that same month.

Kayla has publicly spoken about her breakup. Recently, the 32-year-old appeared on Angel Reese’s Unapologetically Angel podcast and discussed how much negativity she’s received online.

"I would be lying if I said that that level of hate and just, like, online chaos didn't impact me, it does. Even to this day," Kayla said. "You can go to my most recent post and it will be people debating each other why I am worthless and I'll never be a talented person and I have no career.”

The new season of Special Forces features other celebrity competitors including Denise Richards and Brody Jenner. Season 3 premieres on Jan. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
