Larsa Pippen on Dating at 51: 'Age Is Nothing But a Number'

Larsa Pippen firmly believes that age has nothing to do with maturity.

The influencer sat down with Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast, where she discussed dating someone closer to her age and how it still didn’t work out.

“I dated a guy that was 47-years-old before I dated Jeff and he was so immature,” Pippen said at around the 33:30 minute mark, referencing her new beau, Jeff Coby.

“And when I broke up with him, I said to him, ‘There’s a reason why I dated you.’ And he’s like, ‘Why?’ And I was like, ‘Just to prove that age is nothing but a number.’ I’ll never date anyone like you again.”

Last weekend, news surfaced that the 51-year-old had a new love interest, 31-year-old basketball player Coby. Pippen recently gushed to People about Coby, calling him “family-oriented” and “kind,” and exhibiting “all the qualities” she loves. The couple has even discussed engagement plans.

The Real Housewives of Miami star and Coby sparked romance rumors after she and Marcus Jodan broke up last year. She explained to the publication that she was initially nervous to take her new relationship public.

"I didn't want to share it with the world, but now I'm in a place where we get along really well, we basically do everything together, and so now we're more open," she explained. "But I think the first few months, I feel like we were together every day and just did very normal things, and nobody even knew that we were together."

Pippen dated Jordan for about two years, telling Jason Lee she doesn't "keep up" with exes, and implied that Jordan "chased" her before they got together.
