Police footage has provided more details of Marcus Jordan’s DUI arrest.

A video from early Tuesday at 1:14 a.m., before Jordan’s arrest, shows the Maitland Police Department finding his blue Lamborghini SUV stuck on train tracks, per TMZ. He and a woman were still in the car when officers approached them, and he asked for their help.

That’s when he was asked to step out of his vehicle, and officers noticed signs of inebriation. Police requested to pat him down, at which point he name-dropped his father.

“I’m Marcus Jordan—I’m Michael Jordan’s son,” he said. “I’m not doing anything wrong, I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn. And clearly, we would just like to get our car off of the fucking train tracks.”

According to the outlet, he eventually confessed to having some drinks before he drove home, at which point officers conducted some field sobriety tests, which they say he failed. They subsequently cuffed him for driving under the influence. When one officer said, "I believe you've had too much to drink tonight," Marcus said he "disagreed with that."

Police reportedly found a small baggie of what they believed was cocaine in his pocket. According to police, Jordan became more aggressive during the search and when he resisted getting into a patrol car, he said they need to “chill the fuck out.”

Jordan was being pursued by a different police car just minutes before officers found him on the train tracks. Dashcam video shows a Seminole County Sheriff’s officer attempting to pull Marcus over at around 1:03 a.m. before the officer gives up.

TMZ Sports obtained photos from the arrest, which appeared to show Jordan's blue Lamborghini on the train tracks. According to the outlet, police reports allege that the 34-year-old drove to the area after allegedly fleeing a Seminole County Sheriff's officer who was trying to pull him over for a traffic violation around 1:03 AM.

Jordan was charged with resisting an officer without violence, DUI crash causing property damage or personal injury, and possession of cocaine. He spent a few hours in jail before he was released later on Tuesday morning. Neither he nor his father have commented on the incident.
