Nearly 300 Radioactive Japanese Cars Stopped at Russian Border

Russian officials recently denied 300 cars coming from Japan that were believed to be irradiated entry at the border. Officials at the nation's far-eastern border have been taking protective radiaiton control measures since the 2011 earthquake in Japan that caused a meltdown of a nuclear power plant on Fukushima.
