This week at Nike's Art of a Champion event in New York City, Speedy Morman caught up with Ray Allen, Rasheed Wallace, and Julius "Dr. J" Erving. So we had to ask them about something that's always been on our minds: what do they think about the famous rap bars each of them have been mentioned in?

On "Gone for the Winter," Fabolous rapped:

"I thought it was dope," Ray Allen said. "Any time you're in one of Fabolous' songs, it's incredible. He, too, is an icon. He's somebody that's been in the rap game for such a long time. When he spits that fire, people listen to him."

Back in 1984 on "Basketball," Kurtis Blow famously spit:

"I've heard the song many times," Erving acknowledged. "And, Kurtis Blow, I have to give it a five out of five. You know, it's had a good following. People still remember it and refer to it every now and then. It keeps me alive and it keeps him alive."

We also spoke with Rasheed Walace about French Montana's "Pop That" reference and talked sneakers with all three stars. You can watch the full video above.
