Moriah Mills is reportedly wanting to take her alleged ex-fling Zion Williamson to court.

On Saturday (May 31), TMZ reported that the model and social media influencer has reached out to attorney Tony Buzbee in relation to her potential case. As a trial lawyer, Buzbee is known for often representing rape accusers, with two of his clients having made allegations against Jay-Z and Shannon Sharpe. Both men have slammed Buzbee's legal practices, claiming that he's intentionally targeted and defamed them.

Buzbee revealed to TMZ that Mills approached him about seeking legal action against the NBA star, who she claimed to have been involved in a secret relationship with back in 2023. In November of that year, Williamson and his girlfriend, Ahkeema, welcomed their first child, Azira, which ramped up insults from Mills on social media. Among some of Mills' claims was that she and Williamson had slept together before his daughter was born.

Although Mills was tight-lipped with TMZ last week when asked about the planned lawsuit, she shared her hope for Williamson to “change.”

"This is not the man that I met a few years back," she said. "This is not who I thought you would become. … I just hope you change your ways because your job and your family and your legacy is on the line."

Mills was more candid in a TikTok posted on Friday (May 30), saying that the amount of "bashing, humiliation, slander and threats" she’s received over Williamson have been "a lot." "It’s causing me a lot of stress, emotional distress. I just hope that we all can come to justice and this all can be resolved and nobody has to relive all these things ever again," she said.

As for Williamson, the New Orleans Pelicans power forward has denied claims of rape and assault that have been levied against him in a new lawsuit, claiming the accusations are a ploy for money.

On Thursday (May 29), a woman filed a lawsuit against Williamson and accused him of rape and "abusive, controlling, and threatening behavior."

The lawsuit goes into detail about alleged sexual encounters that occurred without the woman's consent and alleges that the “wrongful acts” often occurred when Williamson was “either drunk or on cocaine.”
