Hulk Hogan’s New Look Channeling His ’90s ‘Hollywood’ Era Gets Roasted By Fans
The wrestling legend debuted his same facial hair when he became "Hollywood" Hogan in the '90s.
Hulk Hogan has gone back to Hollywood.
During his appearance on Fox & Friends on Thursday, Hogan was sporting the same white handlebar mustache with black beard stubble that he made famous after adopting the heel persona "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan in the mid '90s.
Of course, fans took to social media to share their thoughts on Hogan's throwback look. "Why the fuck he do his face like that," one user wrote about the veteran wrestling star's getup.
"Really looked in the mirror and said yeah that’s it right there," another X user quipped.
The 71-year-old wrestling legend teased an announcement earlier this week, alongside another well-known wrestling figure in Eric Bischoff.
Days later, it was revealed that Hogan and Bischoff were launching a new wrestling league, Real American Freestyle, with amateur wrestling coach Isreal "Izzy" Martinez. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the league is described as amateur-style wrestling where competitors can make money.
Bischoff said Real American Freestyle is looking for a media partner, preferably long-term, that "brings more to the table than just a streaming platform."
Real American Freestyle already has a roster consisting of 40 athletes, ranging from ages 18 to 40. The league is scheduled to debut in Cleveland in August.
