Aaron Rodgers Confirms He Married His Girlfriend a ‘Couple of Months Ago'

Aaron Rodgers is officially off the market. During his first press conference with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the quarterback revealed that he married his girlfriend a "couple of months ago."

Speculation about Rodgers' marital status had been stirring over the weekend when sleuths spotted what appeared to be a wedding band on his left hand in a photo posted by the Steelers during his contract signing. On Tuesday, Rodgers confirmed the news.

"It's a wedding ring," Rodgers said when asked about the piece of jewelry. As he was pressed for more details, Rodgers added, "It's been a couple of months," while declining to share anything further about his new wife.

While Rodgers didn't name his wife, speculation is that the mystery woman may be Brittani—who he referred to as his "girlfriend" during a December 23 appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. In April, Rodgers called the relationship "serious."

The marriage appears to have occurred sometime between late December and early May, a period during which Rodgers kept a low profile. He was seen wearing the ring at the Kentucky Derby on May 3, sparking even more questions.

Even those closest to him were unaware of the union. Former teammate A.J. Hawk, who attended the Derby with Rodgers, admitted per CBS Sports, "All of us were a bit surprised. He's very private and mysterious,"
